Zeus Great Pyrenees

Zeus was found by me and an entourage of 16 people on June 11, 2017. He had been wandering around the streets of Catfish, NC for about 3 weeks before we finally tracked him down and managed to load him up in a car. His original owner decided it was best if he came to the rescue, since she was not able to contain him with her goat fencing. He weighed about 100 pounds. I knew something was dreadfully wrong with him, so I got him to a vet ASAP. He was diagnosed with late stage Heartworm disease. IMG_0137
